Zovo Sign-In Sheets
Printable sign-in sheets, sign-up sheets, visitor logs and attendance sheets.
Zovo Sign-In Sheets makes print-ready PDFs for the sign-in and sign-up sheets people print week after week, including meeting and event sign-in sheets, visitor logs, class attendance rosters with names and dates, volunteer time slot sign-ups, potluck sign-ups, contact sign-up sheets and weekly sign-in and out sheets. Rows fill each page to the bottom margin, column widths follow the content, headings repeat on each page, and a CSV template comes with each sheet.
What it does
- Meeting and event sign-in sheets, visitor logs (time in, time out, badge #), contact and email sign-up sheets, weekly sign-in and out sheets
- Class attendance sheets from a pasted name list, with dated columns from a start date, meeting days or a month
- Volunteer sign-up sheets with time slots and spots, potluck sign-up sheets with items and spots
- Custom columns, title, date, organization, location, row count or fill-the-page, Letter, A4 or Legal, portrait or landscape, row striping
- Names in Latin, Greek, Cyrillic and Vietnamese letters, common Chinese characters and Arabic print on the sheet
- Preview of the first page in the chat with page and striping controls

Limitations
- Makes blank paper forms to print; it does not collect sign-ins online or store responses
- Korean and Hebrew letters and rare Chinese characters print as a (see CSV) mark and emoji are left out of the PDF; the CSV keeps all text
- Up to 400 names, 120 dates, 60 slots or items, 14 columns and 1,000 rows per sheet
