What can it not do?

Makes blank paper forms to print; it does not collect sign-ins online or store responses
Korean and Hebrew letters and rare Chinese characters print as a (see CSV) mark and emoji are left out of the PDF; the CSV keeps all text
Up to 400 names, 120 dates, 60 slots or items, 14 columns and 1,000 rows per sheet
